Beau Coffee: Five Years of Loyalty

A tiny arcade, one café after another, and—above all—smiles that keep customers coming back. For the past five years, Pasquale Silletti and Rosanna Nuzzi have made Beau Coffee a must-visit spot on the road to Florissant.

Five years. It’s already been five years since Pasquale and Rosanna opened Beau Coffee on Florissant Road. A Geneva thoroughfare where a few unremarkable pastry shops and bakeries sit alongside slightly outdated stores, all punctuated morning and evening by constant traffic. Not exactly the kind of place you’d expect to see a little phenomenon take off.

Smiles and Coffee

And yet, in their tiny shop, Pasquale and Rosanna have managed to breathe new life into this street, which certainly needed it. There’s no secret to it: service is everything. Pasquale understands this perfectly. Smiling, cheerful, and attentive, he knows the first names of almost all his customers. Rosanna shares this same generosity, and Beau Café is always bustling.

In fact, if you’re just a few minutes late, you might sometimes have to wait more than ten minutes before you can enjoy your double espresso. But we wait. And above all, we come back—for the coffee, of course, but also for the thoughtful service and warm smiles that make the start of the day a little more peaceful. A special mention also goes to Marco, the third face of the shop—just as warm as the owners, incredibly quick, and unfailingly kind.

So five years—that calls for a celebration! With lattes, cappuccinos, and espressos—we’ll save the matcha for another time. Congratulations to Pasquale, Rosanna, and Marco; happy anniversary to Beau Coffee; and, above all, here’s to many more great things to come. Because this tiny café definitely has everything a big one does.
