Christophe Rohat & Pascal Barbot announce the reopening of Parisian restaurant Astrance. In just a few days’ time, the duo will be returning to a flagship address in the French capital. It’s at 32 rue de Longchamp, where Joël Robuchon opened Le Jamin, that the duo is back in business, to the delight of gourmets. The chef will be offering a new menu based on his signature dishes and creations. A “croque Astrance” with black truffle and Saint-Nectaire cheese, shellfish, raw and cooked with maritime herbs, an avocado from Corsica with osciètre caviar, mozzarella and chickpea tuile, a farmhouse turkey from the Landes with cabbage and chestnuts, a mallard pie – pearled meat juice – mesclun & virgin walnut oil… Official opening on December 31st.
