Anouch opens for Tuesday lunches
Sometimes there’s no need to rush when you want to do things right. This is the philosophy of chef Tamara Hussian who, after almost a year in business since opening, decided to open on Tuesdays. Currently closed on Sundays and Mondays, Tamara has found her cruising speed and is looking to subtly increase the pace. “Our customers have been asking for this opening. It’s hard to turn down requests from well-meaning diners,” says the cook. Service after service, month after month, theAnouch team has slowly and steadily established itself in Geneva’s gastronomic landscape. After discontinuing her Saturday brunches, the chef will be diversifying her culinary offering a little further.
