With an ever-growing following in every corner of the globe, Dry January continues to establish itself as a healthy way to start the year. In collaboration with Paz Levinson, head sommelier for the entire Pic group, the all-female duo has been exploring these new creative territories since 2018. Together, they are expanding the alcohol-free sensory experience beyond traditional pairings with bespoke combinations that complement the aromatic panels of their gastronomic creations. Each dish is accompanied by teas, coffees, clarifications, fermented drinks or creative beverages devised with the mixology teams.
