A new restaurant at the Gstaad Palace
The largest of the four Gstaad Palacewhich underwent a complete renovation during the 2025 summer season, is now called “Le Grand”. Sober, simple and full of personality – totally in keeping with the house style. True to its name, the Gstaad Palace’s largest restaurant welcomes up to 90 guests and boasts an impressive 75-course menu. “We involved the whole team in choosing the name. Many ideas were put forward, and we felt that Le Grand was a perfect match for the identity of Gstaad Palace and this new concept. The name reflects our ambition for top-class gastronomy and hospitality,” emphasizes General Manager Andrea Scherz. In its Le Grand restaurant, Gstaad Palace will have two completely revamped menus for the 2025-2026 winter season (starting December 15, 2025). “At Le Grand, the service pays homage to the history of our house. The table setting, on the other hand, extends this heritage through a complete, convivial and spectacular culinary experience, appreciated by guests of all ages”, says Andrea Scherz.
