“We couldn’t refuse this opportunity. The gastronomic planets aligned perfectly,” says Thibaud Gardette, former sommelier of Crissier’s Hôtel de Ville restaurant. Alongside chef Rémy Gravelaine, this new duo has already been making their mark for several weeks at the Morges Casino. After years in the service of haute gastronomy, Rémy as chef and Thibaud as sommelier are keen to return to grandmotherly, gourmet cooking, focusing on seasonality and local produce. “Elegant, everyday Sunday cooking”, says Thibaud. You can already enjoy a fine sole meunière, beef Wellington and rice pudding to share… or not. On the strength of his contacts, the sommelier promises an eclectic, accessible menu at attractive prices. For the moment, there are no major changes to the decor, but we look forward to visiting this new tandem very soon!
