Soï Thaï Canteen’s marinated pork

Thai street food takes center stage at Soi Thai Canteen in Les Paquis. Over the past few years, this address has established itself as THE place to go, and it doesn’t disappoint. Each visit is a moment of discovery with typical, spicy dishes. In the dining room, on the grill menu, the “sangsom” Thai rum-marinated pork comes highly recommended! We let ourselves be carried away and discovered the sobriety of the plate: a grilled meat, not too fatty, that releases all its aromas from the first bite, accompanied by a tamarind sauce that’s just right. There’s no doubt about it, this dish took us far afield! A true gustatory voyage, an experience we’d love to share, and a menu yet to be discovered.
