Eel on rice

I love making new discoveries in Geneva. While Kozan may not be new to some of you, it was to me recently. What a joy to sit down at the counter of this Japanese restaurant located behind the Cornavin train station. In addition to a magnificent sushi menu, I was seduced by a gourmet and generous dish par excellence: lacquered eel fillets served on a bed of rice. A delicious shot of happiness to be enjoyed without moderation or shared with care.
