It was during my last visit to Amagaki restaurant that I was able to taste a stunning, comforting and gourmet dish.

It was during my last visit to Amagaki restaurant that I was able to taste a stunning, comforting and gourmet dish: a braised, melting pork belly, spiced up with a creamy mustard like a sabayon, escorted by an egg demi-mollet and a stunning dashi, the work of chef Marie Rodrigues. A pure moment of gastronomic bliss on rue Jean-Violette.
