It’s always a pleasure to return to Le Bombar for a gourmet interlude. Whatever the season, whatever the day of the week, Marc Popper and his team are there to welcome you with passion and panache. It’s hard not to fall in love with the menu, which changes regularly according to what nature has to offer. The leeks accompanied by Cantabrian anchovies and satay mayonnaise turned our heads; this dish created by Alexandre Jeny is sure to seduce you the next time you visit Place des Augustins.
