Bologna risotto

“It may be a detail to you” but to me this dish “means a lot”. It’s certainly nothing new, but if you haven’t yet tried the celery risotto at Le Bologne on rue Necker, well, run, go for it, make a reservation and, above all, take the time to savor every bite.
