Seasonal kebab

It’s a pleasure to welcome Gemüse Kebab to this week’s Fast Good column. Its founder, Romain Oeggerli, presents us with this month’s kebab, featuring chicken marinated in Chasselas, mustard and pepper, accompanied by a homemade rösti patty, raclette cheese (from the Les Haudères cheese dairy), a few vegetable pickles and arugula, all topped with a pepper, mustard and honey sauce and encased in crispy pita bread. An original inspiration for this downright wintry sandwich.
