Since the beginning of March, the lunch menu at CoinCoin has been entrusted to chef Yann Mantelli. Trained by Nicolas Darnauguilhem, among others, he concocts delicious dishes for gourmets passing through the Quartier des Bains. After a chat with his market gardener Daniel Chaffard, let yourself be tempted by the baguette bread with seeds, stracciatella, squash, lemon and dill oil, or the lentil salad with green beans, almond sauce and perfect egg.
