Halloumi Sandwich

Let’s head for Eaux-Vives, where Femke Pivin awaits us for this week’s Fast Good. With temperatures finally in line with winter norms, the owner of the Marcel restaurant greedily offers us a sandwich that will warm our hearts (and taste buds). Without further ado, let’s sample the Halloumi Sandwich, made with a lightly grilled cheese and accompanied by a homemade chimichurri sauce, crudités, avocado, sucrines… all served in a soft bun.
