It's high time to bite into the poke burrito offered by Ivalu Acurio and Yoss Kakinuma at Saoko.

What a pleasure it is to welcome back Ivalu Acurio and Yoss Kakinuma to Thursday’s Fast Good column. With their characteristic entrepreneurial spirit, the duo have just opened a Sando inZurich and are offering us a bite of their Saoko Poke Burrito at the Spoon Food Hall. Their favorite recipe? The Acevichado Burrito… made with salmon, nori seaweed, Japanese rice seasoned with sesame oil, served with an acevichada sauce, spicy green seaweed, sweet potatoes, avocado, choclo corn, chalaquita and corn powder.
