Tosca’s “Underwood

There are gastronomic moments that leave a lasting impression. There are moments of sharing that make an evening unforgettable. Last week, I had the pleasure of dining at the Tosca restaurant, where an evening of gourmet delights was taking place. Ivan Baretti, chef of the Michelin-starred restaurant in Les Eaux-Vives, was hosting for the first time Jacopo Romagnoli, chef of the Café de la Plage in the Grand Théâtre. A true festival… which I’ll soon be reporting on Radio Lac. In the meantime, let’s succumb to Ivan’s autumnal Sous-Bois dessert. This chocolate, chartreuse gel, fresh porcini and blueberry dessert is currently on the menu of the Eaux-Vive restaurant.
