Refettorio Vacherin

We’ll be talking about it again soon on Radio Lac. In this next column, we’ll tell you all about the lunch at Refettorio Geneva where chef Walter El Nagar hosted Pascal Barbot for the September Guest Chef Series. On this occasion, we were lucky enough to taste a subtle, light, crisp, gourmet vacherin glacé with sour cherry tomato water, sticky rice maceration and toasted fig leaf. A light, sweet treat. In the meantime, don’t hesitate to come and enjoy a meal in this restaurant dedicated to a good cause.
