NOOH by La Coste

A Provencal estate with a winemaking tradition dating back to 1682, Château La Coste is launching a new brand claiming to be 100% wine and 0% alcohol. Named NOOH – a combination of “NO” for non-alcohol drinkers and “OH”, the chemical symbol for the alcohol molecule – it’s pronounced “Nou” to symbolize the flexibility of a wine. Pronounced “Nou” to symbolize flexi-drinkers who don’t want to give up the pleasure, the celebration or the tasting of a sparkling or a rosé… Both cuvées are made from Château La Coste’s famous Rosé d’une Nuit organic wine. Notes of grapefruit, strawberry and cherry, so characteristic of this wine, are complemented by natural aromas of lemon and jasmine. Available from Vogel Vins.
