Benjamin Lanta

With panache and dynamism, Benjamin Lanta brings vitality to the dining room at Le Bologne. This young head waiter already has quite a résumé. The grandson and son of a restaurateur, he began his career at the age of 12, and went on to study at the École Hôtelière de Bonneville. After working with Esteban Valle at Domaine de Châteauvieux, he began his career in 2014 with the extraordinary Michel Roux at the Waterside Inn, a few hours from London. It was a first experience that left a lasting impression on him. The young man continued his experiences in the heart of the English capital with a certain Gordon Ramsey in Chelsea. He then returned to Switzerland and landed a job at Philippe’s steak house in 2016, before landing at Bologna on rue Necker.
