Alexandra Martel

Alexandra Martel’s career path prior to her appointment as Restaurant Manager at Le 23 was highly atypical. Initially a maître d’hôtel in the French Navy, she later took charge of service at the residence of the Atlantic maritime prefect. In 2016, she became head manager of the Breizh Café brasserie in Brest. A move took her to Geneva, and more precisely to Carouge in 2021, where she was hired as chef de rang at Le Flacon and room manager at Qu’Importe. In 2023, she settles down at Restaurant 23 and, alongside chef Loïc Magnier, breathes new life into the place. We look forward to visiting her soon on rue de la Coulouvrenière.
