Yann Klein is preparing his fine-dining restaurant
Following the success of Basuges, his highly acclaimed bistro in Saint-Prex, Yann Klein is preparing to open Auberge Klein, right across the street. Together with his wife, Loubna, he is creating a gourmet restaurant with an atmosphere they hope will feel “just like home.”
