We talked about it previously in Monday’s News, so it seemed an obvious choice to come and sample the cuisine of chef Max Collette and meet his partner Anh Nguyen, who lights up the Bistrot Collette dining room. What a joy it was to return to a place that had left its mark on gourmet spirits. With dishes showcasing French gastronomy, this duo delights its guests with passion and generosity.
