Sharing at Sauvage
It’s true that it’s been a long time since we visited the Sauvage restaurant on rue Dancet. So let’s make up for it with some delicious dishes to share over a cocktail or a glass of wine. Because in the evening, at aperitif time, with Noé Jolivald and his team, fun and atmosphere are guaranteed. On the menu: sea bass carpaccio with citrus condiment, leeks with gribiche sauce and a wine cellar housing a few flasks waiting to be tasted. Enjoy!
