Having just returned from an extraordinary gourmet journey along the coast of Brittany, I decided not to make too hard a landing in Geneva and to stay in the culinary spirit of this beautiful region of France. What’s more, it’s been a long time since I wanted to tell you about a restaurant that stands out in the gastronomic universe of the city of Calvin.
