This week, I’m delighted to welcome a young guest whom we don’t usually meet and hear from. And yet, his family name has been resonating for years in Geneva’s culinary world. A discreet character, he cultivates the art of Japanese gastronomy with his parents and brother. Recently, he decided to take his family’s savoir-faire to new horizons, far beyond the rue Henri-Blanvalet where his parents settled in 2006. Without further ado, let me introduce you to Yoss Kakinuma.
