Guy Ravet

This week, I’m delighted to welcome a distinguished guest who has done us the honor of exceptionally setting foot on Geneva soil. My host of the day is an ambassador of choice, who has long worked in the family and recently decided to strike out on his own. As reserved as he is discreet, this talented chef accumulates proposals and responsibilities with pleasure, ease and, above all, the same passion. Is he finally realizing his own dreams? We’ll see… in any case, he’s giving himself the means to make them come true, for our greatest pleasure (and incidentally his own).
