This week, I’m delighted to welcome a very special guest. At the helm of the stoves of one of Geneva’s best-known and most recognized restaurants, this discreet, even anonymous figure is the worthy heir to an extraordinary dynasty. He is part of a family that has been shaping Italian gastronomy in Geneva for decades, and continues to defy current culinary trends. This is the story of a generational epic. Since his debut 25 years ago, my guest of the day has been working behind the stoves at Chez Roberto, the restaurant opened by his grandfather in 1946. Grandson of Roberto Carugati, he is the worthy representative of the third generation of this legendary figure on Geneva’s gastronomic scene. Hello Alexandre Campa!
