Chef Jacopo Romagnoli’s second-in-command, Tom Hutrel, (re)discovers French musical notes from another era. This young talent has always been fascinated by cooking, and it was with Emmanuel Renaut at Flocons de Sel that he learned his trade. After a period at the Lion d’Or in Cologny, he seized the opportunity to work for Benjamin Luzuy at the Café de la Plage. In addition to the personal fulfillment his daily work brings him, music accompanies him every moment of the day.
