Olivier Jean, Executive Chef of the Woodward Hotel andAtelier Joël Robuchon in Geneva, pays us a musical visit this weekend. While this talented chef is busy working on gourmet collaborations with Goutatoo Chefs, he’s not forgetting to treat our taste buds on the shores of Lake Geneva. Let’s take a trip to l’Atelier to sample a roasted langoustine with a Paimpol coconut and coral sabayon sauce, or a red mullet cooked au naturel with stuffed zucchini flowers and an aromatic sauce.
