<strong>DURANDEAU</strong>
The owner of Café de la Paix is back at work behind the stoves of his restaurant on boulevard Carl-Vogt. For this new year (always under the sign of gastronomy), Philippe Durandeau prepares a very fine menu with quality, gourmet bistro cuisine. We’ll be seeing the return of classic dishes such as Mamie Raymonde’s bouillon gourmand, galettes de pomme de terre, saumon fumé et huîtres (potato pancakes, smoked salmon and oysters), aile de raie en meunière (skate wing meunière) prepared like a Grenoble-style dish, and poulet fermier à la crème au vin jaune (free-range chicken with yellow wine cream sauce and coquillettes).
