Zurich to be the Swiss Taste Region 2026

In 2026, the canton of Zurich will be entirely dedicated to gastronomic pleasures. The Genussregion Zürich 2026 program brings together year-round culinary events, local gourmet festivals and innovative dialogues on gastronomy, food, health, sustainability, local products, food innovation and regional value creation. Over the entire period, Canton Zurich will benefit from a unique platform to enthuse the general public with its diverse and rich potential for gastronomic pleasures, food and innovation. In collaboration with regional economic development agencies, Zurich hoteliers, restaurant owners’ associations, the Canton and City of Zurich, as well as producers and farmers, media events are being organized in all regions of the canton. These include combinations of culture, art and gastronomy, dialogues on the future of our food, innovation formats and workshops right through to haute cuisine.
