Chef and owner Yuttakan Pongkunsup spends an evening behind the stoves of his Satu restaurant.

Usually, you can find Yuttakan Pongkunsup giving Thai cooking lessons in the studio of the restaurant Suahoy. You might also bump into him at Soï Thaï CanteenHe’s busy giving instructions on how to fine-tune recipes for the latest culinary creations straight from the streets of Bangkok. To our delight, on Thursday June 19, he’ll be officially putting down his knives in the kitchen – and getting behind the stoves at the same time – of his latest establishment Satu. Be prepared, as he gives free rein to his imagination and draws inspiration from the season. On the program: a spontaneous five-course dinner, to be shared, prepared according to his whims of the moment and fresh market produce. No choice, no rules, just trust in the chef’s hands. A unique moment, full of surprises, to be experienced in this new establishment that has quickly won the hearts of Geneva’s gourmets. Places are of course limited… so don’t forget to book!
