Listen to music, toast with friends and enjoy dumplings... It will soon be possible in the heart of Pâquis. The Yume Dumpling Bar is about to open its doors, promising an experience where music and gastronomy meet.

Geneva’s culinary scene is still reinventing itself. On Rue de la Navigation, work is in full swing to welcome this new dining bar with a resolutely contemporary spirit. There’s no long menu here: dumpling is the star of the plate. These Chinese dumplings, homemade from dough to stuffing, will be available in three varieties: pork, poultry and mushrooms, made from GRTA products. “Quality over quantity”, says founder Olav Spirig, who trained as a chef in Copenhagen before moving back to his homeland to create a concept in his own image. His ambition? To create a meeting place for music and food lovers. Visitors will be able to come and share their vinyl, listen to a set or simply enjoy a suspended moment, supported by a tailor-made soundsystem designed for a unique listening experience. From jazz to reggae, rock to cumbia, the soundtrack promises to be as eclectic as the clientele. At the bar, the menu will feature signature cocktails inspired by both Copenhagen’s Nordic atmosphere and Olav’s Asian roots. The opening of Yume Dumpling Bar is scheduled to open in November, with steaming dumplings and vinyl to warm up and liven up Geneva evenings.
