Yquem evening at Arakel

This is what we call a unique and fantastic culinary immersion. Arakel Sedef, Julien Samson, chef Quentin Philippe and the entire team of the Eaux-Vives restaurant were on hand for a truly extraordinary evening. Arakel welcome Toni El Khawand, cellar master at Château d’Yquem. Through five vintages and five succulent sequences, you’ll plunge into the world of wine and gastronomy at the heart of a place that has rapidly built a solid gourmet reputation in Geneva. As an appetizer, we were able to get two mouth-watering menu items: Mayonnaise Ponzu crab, Tangelo variation, saffron gel and roast Bresse poultry & Melano truffle, truffled poultry jus (a tribute to Alexandre de Lur Saluce, former owner of the château).
