Wine evening at Paillereau

As the new year begins, Michelin-starred chef Romain Paillereau can’t afford to rest on his laurels. To celebrate the end of Dry January, the chef is organizing a wine evening to showcase the wines of Domaine du Cru de l’Hôpitalin Murten. The program includes a five-course tasting menu prepared by the chef and his brigade, with six glasses of wine from the estate. Gambero Rosso / agastache, back of skrei confit and squash, veal fillet with orange and chartreuse and a dessert with Sichuan pepper… who could ask for more?
