Wine evening at Clos des Sens

Entitled “Vini Essentia”, the three-star restaurant Le Clos des Sens restaurant in Annecy is back on the road to exceptional wine and culinary evenings. Having previously welcomed such illustrious estates as Jean-Yves Bizot, Charles Lachaux and Guillaume Selosse, it’s now the turn of Domaine Pierre Overnoy with Anne and Emmanuel Houillon, and Domaine Thierry Allemand with Thierry and his son Théo, who took over the estate a few years ago. For this unique occasion, the chef is preparing a dinner featuring a nine-flavor tasting menu accompanied by wines from these two estates, both from recent vintages and mainly from older vintages. An exceptional evening to be experienced on Monday, November 4.
