Following the success of its first editions, Veggie Week is back this summer with a selection focused exclusively on prestige tables.

We previously reported exclusively on this event in a December Food Letter. After the success of its first editions, the Veggie Week is making a comeback this summer, with a selection focused exclusively on prestigious restaurants. On this occasion, the country’s most prominent chefs will be ambassadors for a more responsible approach to gastronomy, exercising their talents from June 1 to 16, 2024 in the French-speaking part of Switzerland to enable epicureans to (re)discover vegetarian cuisine in new creations that are at once gourmet, creative and tasty. For this fourth opus, the selection is more precise. Open to Michelin-starred restaurants, establishments awarded at least 16 points by Gault & Millau and gourmet restaurants in 5-star hotels, this edition will play the exclusivity card and aim to showcase Swiss excellence in haute vegetarian cuisine.
