Co-founded by Pamela Bächli, director of PR & Cothe fortnightly Veggie Week is fast approaching. For this new season, the spotlight is on Swiss gastronomic excellence. Vegetarians, flexitarians and gourmets with a penchant for plant-based sensations can look forward to an exciting program. From June1 to 16, 6 Michelin stars and 100 Gault&Millau points will be joining forces to (re)discover new flavors in a memorable culinary experience. For this latest edition, seven of the finest establishments in and around Geneva will have carte blanche to interpret their vision of veggie cuisine. Once again this year, faithful participants such as Domaine de Châteauvieux, l’Aparté at the Hôtel Royal, the Woods at theIntercontinental or the Chat-Botté at the Hôtel Beau-Rivage. A number of new establishments join the event, such as the Atelier Joël Robuchon at the Woodward Hotel. Woodwardthe Japanese restaurant Sachi at the Mandarin Oriental and La Micheline.
