Tout chocolat, the chocolate anthem from Gourmet Brothers

We talked about it in Food News before it opened. The doors of Tout Chocolat finally opened on March 20. Alongside talented pastry chef Yohan Coiffard, the whole team from Gourmet Brothers team is proud to launch this sweet new opus devoted entirely to the love of chocolate. A new kind of establishment, Gourmet Brothers’ gastronomic philosophy is to revisit the classics of French pastry-making in a chocolate version. From flan to Paris-Brest, it doesn’t get much more gourmet than this. Working closely with chocolate producers Orfèvea multitude of chocolate creations will be presented to gourmets in search of sweet elegance. Cocoa puffs are on the menu, as are cakes, brownies, cookies and the already famous “carré”, a travel cookie in homage to the famous “little schoolboy”. “A piece of childhood to munch on”, as the protagonists of this new gourmet spot put it.
