Bertrand Lutaud, now behind the stoves of his restaurant Chez Yeast, offers gourmet wine aperitifs on Thursdays.

Never short of ideas, Berengère and Bertrand Lutaud detect the call of the aperitif by watching for the first rays of sunshine. These moments of sharing and exchange will feature an aperitif every Thursday, with grocery products available alongside bottles carefully selected for the occasion in collaboration with renowned wine importers. The first Thursdays will feature Vinivore wines, before giving way to Les Amis du Châteaux. Bertrand plans to serve anchovies, 18-month Parma ham and old Vacherin fribourgeois. A few tables on the terrace and the Yeast boutique will be dedicated to this aperitif à la bonne franquette.
