Thirty years at Châteauvieux for Esteban Valle

Esteban Valle, the famous maître d'hôtel at Domaine de Châteauvieux, celebrates thirty years with the house and forty years in the business with a group of culinary professionals.

Esteban Valle, Restaurant Manager and President of the Swiss Association of Hotel Masters, is preparing an exceptional event for Sunday February 2: “Les maîtres du geste, un service rêvé”. Organized in collaboration with Philippe Chevrier and the association in question, this prestigious event will bring together 80 professionals accompanied by some fifteen chefs who will join the brigade at the Domaine de Châteauvieux brigade. Together, they will honor the excellence of service and gastronomy. Several generations, five nationalities and a dozen Meilleurs ouvriers de France (MOF) will be on hand to put on an unprecedented culinary show. Names are already being bandied about: Sarah Benahmed (Restaurant Manager at La Table du Lausanne Palace and Michelin Service Award 2025), Denis Courtiade (Restaurant Manager at the Plaza Athénée), Diane Blanch (Restaurant Manager at Anne-Sophie Pic’s Beau Rivage Palace Lausanne) and Louis Villeneuve (Restaurant Manager at Crissier Town Hall for over forty years) will all be taking part. Congratulations Mr. Esteban Valle!
