This exceptional event will bring together truffle growers, cellarmen, processors, dog trainers and producers of mycorrhizal trees to satisfy the demand of the curious and lovers of this precious mushroom. Over 80 kilos of Swiss truffles will be on sale. The market will offer only truffles inspected that very morning by four local specialists. This is an unquestionable guarantee of quality for buyers.
