The return of the Chalet des Étoiles at Calvin’s

After three seasons at the Four Seasons Hôtel des Bergues, Fabian Affentranger, owner of the festive restaurant Chez Calvinis proud to announce the return of his Chalet des Étoiles concept. Fabian Affentranger has imagined a veritable fairytale chalet, covered and heated, which will welcome a maximum of 16 guests. The festivities begin with a charcuterie board or a dozen oysters, followed by a cheese, champagne or black truffle fondue. For those who prefer, raclette is of course available, served with potatoes. For those with a sweet tooth, an apple tarte tatin with crème fraîche and a pear sorbet drizzled with Willamine are also on the menu. And last but not least, a 100% Swiss wine list featuring wines from the Bernex, Sion and Grisons regions. Two services are available: 6:45pm or 8:45pm. Enjoy your evening at Chez Calvin!
