The return of Lipp
The first word you might say is clearly FINALLY! In capital letters, even. For almost six months, Geneva was almost orphaned of its must-visit brasserie. But after extensive renovations in the kitchen and subtle changes in the dining room, the Brasserie Lipp is officially back. If you have a good eye, you’ll notice the change of banquettes, chairs and some of the frescoes. In keeping with the spirit of the famous Parisian establishment (in its Swiss version), the reception area has been completely redesigned, with a discreet, coherent checkroom at the entrance. As for the kitchen… it’s quite simply brand new, and has been designed to keep pace with changing culinary practices. While a winning team never changes, and the menu will continue to feature the classics for which the house is renowned, a number of new dishes will be introduced. Chef Nicolas Paulin and the entire Brasserie Lipp team are already looking forward to welcoming you.
