The reopening of the Grenouillère

Many would have given up and left to forget. Alexandre Gauthier and his culinary team are not like that. It took tenacity and courage not to give up! After more than a year and a half of hard work, the restaurant La Grenouillèrewill soon be reopening its doors. Announced on the networks by the chef and owner, we are delighted to pass on the news. February 28, the date of the official reopening, will have a special flavour for this circle of culinary poets. Having been fortunate enough to visit this energetic place on two occasions, I’d like to join Alexandre Gauthier and his collaborators in their joy, as they are firmly rooted in this region of northern France, and offer us a cuisine that is frank and punchy. Let’s wish them a wonderful opening!
