After six months of renovation work, the Auberge de l'Étoile in La Rippe returns to the forefront of the gastronomic scene.

Under the management of Adrien Maestro and his manager Erkan Chaka, this place steeped in history is opening a new gourmet chapter, where tradition and renewal are one. Driven by a shared passion, Adrien and his team aim to restore this emblematic address to its former glory, infusing it with a new soul, imbued with warmth and gustatory pleasures. In the kitchen, chef Michael Pihet skilfully blends tradition and modernity, with a menu that gets straight to the point: simple and above all gourmet dishes, inspired by Swiss and French recipes. In the must-try corner, you’ll find boeuf bourguignon, blanquette de veau, poireaux mimosa, malakoffs and, of course, chasse en automne. All, of course, cooked with local produce. The icing on the cake, the Auberge de l’Étoile in La Rippe also offers the possibility of going down to the cellar to choose a bottle of wine, and to round things off, three bedrooms await guests for a well-deserved rest.
