The Pérolles brewery
From June 14 to July 18, Fribourg’s Le Pérolles restaurant will be adding a bistronomic and wine experience to its gastronomic offering, from Wednesday to Saturday evenings. At the heart of the concept is the idea of sharing and good humor. Pierrot Ayer and his kitchen team have imagined́ a menu where conviviality is king and invites the discovery of new flavors. To accompany the creations of the kitchen team and in partnership with Swiss Wine, Julien Ayer, sommelier of the Michelin-starred restaurant, has created an exclusively Swiss wine list featuring some of our country’s finest winemakers.
