The opening of Gracefully Cake

Under the impetus of its creator, Grace Montse, Gracefully Cake is a gourmet platform offering refined, seasonal pastry creations, with little sugar and fewer additives. All the desserts in her creative collection feature fruit in a zero-waste approach. This project, conceived during her Bachelor’s degree, was integrated into the Pulse HES incubator and won the sustainability prize awarded by Banque Raiffeisen. On November1, Grace opened her boutique at 20 rue des Grottes and is already welcoming sweet tooths for immersive experiences and interactive workshops on chocolate and patisserie techniques.
