The chef’s new table at Tosca
With this intimate side table overlooking the kitchen, Ivan Baretti must be one happy chef. Recently reopened after a few weeks’ refurbishment, Italian gourmet restaurant Tosca is back with a vengeance for new culinary adventures. Structured like a Puccini opera, the tasting menu, which will bear the name Tosca, will evolve regularly with the seasons and new arrivals. Each dish will represent an act. An overture, a first part, a break (from the menu), a second part, a second break, a third part and the grand finale. We’re looking forward to those little changes that make all the difference and stimulate the creativity of seasoned chefs. As an added bonus, guests spending a moment at this table are invited to enjoy an aperitif in the kitchen with the chef!
