Bruno Josserand and Lionel Christen, founders of the BEEF gourmet meat restaurant, announce the takeover of Bistrot de Charlotte.

A return to our roots, since Bruno Josserand and Lionel Christen launched and operated the Bistrot de Charlotte in 2010 for five years? After launching BEEF in 2015, the restaurant duo are returning to the Right Bank to give this charming bistro a real boost by returning to the fundamentals that made it a success when they took over. Personalized service, generous gourmet bistro cuisine and a wine selection carefully chosen by the new owners. Let’s congratulate these two restaurateurs for their undiminished passion and entrepreneurial spirit in the wonderful world of kitchens. Opening scheduled for the end of February.
